This is a 60% ONSITE role based in Chicago, IL.
Key Requirements:
As a Program/Project Management lead, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services.
You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.
You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program/Project management, including proficiency in Project Portfolio Management tools.
Minimum of 5 years of Service Management experience, including SLA and Project Governance
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree
ITIL V4 certification
